Analysis Software User Interface

[Basic Function]

1. System can input bssic information include customer name, terminal type, mold number material thickness, pull test.
2. Up to four wire gauge, wire diameter support mm or AWG.
3. System can enter the company’s basic information and LOGO.

Professional analysis items, support wire strand count (SC), outline setting then auto rotation and compute terminal width (GW) / height (GH), inner setting and auto area compression rate / void rate computing, burr width (GW) and height (GH), support angle (W) support angle (W), flank asymmetry (A), flank end distance (R), bottom thickness (SB)

[Measure Record]
Provide a variety of measurement tools, including point, length, parallel line distance, angle, rectangular area and length / width, circular radius and area, rotating screen, arrow and text.

[Ruler Calibration]
Provide pre-calibration parameter and allow calibration optical magnification by customer.

System enable to load two images overlap and compare.
