1. 本機是專為一頭打端，一頭沾錫而設計，採用伺服馬達驅動，使尺寸更精準。
2. 速度可分10段，100mm長以內，最快每分鐘47~50條，採用單刀電腦自動調整搭配之切斷，剝皮，壓著端子及沾錫等相關動作。
3. 調整機台及分解動作，採電腦控制等模式，操作簡單又方便。
4. 沾錫角度接近90度點，使線徑沾錫平均。
5. 夾線位置與沾錫端點可調至約15mm，能控制線材沾錫端不易彎曲，沾點位置更精準。
6. 可任意在螢幕更改沾錫長度，不需人工調整錫爐高低。
7. 錫液面不足時，會自動檢知並自動供錫。
8. 沾錫下沾及上升速度均可分別調整。
9. 錫爐之設計有自動撥除錫屑之功能，以保持沾錫處無錫屑。
10. 本機具錫爐溫度調整功能，溫度達到設定範圍才能運作生產。
11. 設計50組記憶功能，可縮短更換線材調整時間。
12. 本機配合伺服端子機，橫，直卡式模均可調整。
13. 操作面板可選擇中文，英文顯示，使操作更簡易明瞭。
14. 選配品 FE-CFM-L1，端子機可選配伺服馬達自動高度微調機構或手動高度微調鈕。

1. This machine suitable for one side crimping and the other side soldering process. The servo motor is adopted to control for optimal accuracy.
2. 10 stages speed, within 100mm, 47 to 50 pcs per minute, single blades design, computerized adjustment for cutting, stripping and soldering process.
3. There is auto and step function, easy to set up when adjustment, controller by computer, easy to operate.
4. Nearly 90 degree angle of the soldering, which provides average soldering to the wire.
5. Wire clamp position and top of the soldering can adjust to 15mm, well control wire not to bending during processing, soldering position more accuracy.
6. Change the soldering length easily on the screen, no need to adjust the height of tin stove by manually.
7. Tin liquid level is not enough, informs and provides the tin automatically.
8. The speed of soldering up and down can be adjusted separately.
9. The design of stove, an automatic wiper is provided to remove tin chips keep the tin stained area free of shavings.
10. The tin stove temperature can be adjusted, it can work when the temperature reaches setting range.
11. With 50 sets of memories to shorten wire changing time.
