特點說明 FEATURES

1. 本機採用無刷馬達及步進馬達驅動，氣壓輔助固定壓線。
2. 操作啟動有： (1)正常速度-停 (2)緩-快-停 (3)緩-快-緩-停 三種旋轉選擇，視線長度旋轉速度可調，提高產能。
3. 圈數可設定，採腳踏式作業，啟動後腳放開，再踩即停，安全性高減少危險性。
4. 作業員操作可視習慣性可選擇 正/反 轉方式。
5. 出力穩定，繞線方式可選配 8 字型，圓型或內徑可用塑鋼固定圓型。
6. 固定式前蓋採快速進出，繞好後綁上魔帶，取出成品完成操作。

1. Adapted with brushless motor, driving by step motor, press cable aid by air pressure.
2. Start by: (1) Normal-stop (2) Slow-fast-stop (3) Slow-fast-slow-stop three stage rotation options, depend on cable length, rotation speed can adjust, increase productivity.
3. Rotation times can be set, operated by foot switch, start after release step, step again then stop machine, safe and reduce dangerous during operation.
4. Operator can based on his habit to choice CW or CCW rotation.
5. Stable output, movable wire pole can winding ” 8 “, “round” type by steel material or plastic steel material at round arrangement at fixed inner type.
6. Fixed front cover can operate fast, after winding the wires, tie the magic ties or strap to take out the finished wires.
